If you're a Girl Scout or a girl interested in robotics, come check out our team! We’re looking for girls and individuals from 9th to 12th grade who want to meet like-minded people in a cooperative and friendly environment. Students should be curious about one or more of the following:

• The robot (mechanical, electrical, and/or programming)

• Team promotion (outreach events, fundraising, and/or graphic design)

No matter what part of the team you want to look into, or whatever knowledge you bring with you, we’ll have a place for you to develop those skills at Gadget Girls 4816. Whether you’re curious to try something new or if you already see any part of STEAM in your future, we’d be more than happy to have you!

We’re hoping that you take this opportunity to not only immerse yourself in the exhilarating world of the FIRST® Robotics Competition, but to help us shape what it means to pursue STEAM education. Each girl or individual that joins our team makes the possibility of succeeding in FIRST®, and therefore STEAM overall, all the more apparent. They show that through diligence and enthusiasm, girls and women can triumph no matter where they are or what they do.
